I collected my first boxes today.
I am moving in 3 weeks.
It's starting to feel real.
It felt more real after I also dove into the depths of my closet and came out with a garbage bag full of clothes that I am giving away.
My closet is clean and emptier.
Packing has begun.

Boxes must be nearly impossible to find at this time of year. How did you do it?
ReplyDeleteI am planning to move in a few months and loathe finding boxes. In fact, I plan on buying boxes. For me, the removal of this stress is worth the $70 or $80 I'll pay.
I work at a place that has boxes to give me :)

ReplyDeleteI usually horde boxes or mentally tally where I can find them. I do this at work, where boxes are few and far between, and I did this in Kingston (they were folded and stashed beneath my bed).
This morning on the way to work Lululemon had put at least 50 boxes out on the street for recycling, I however was going to work and thus didn't take any.
ReplyDeleteI feel like they should have put up a sign saying Free Boxes for Moving or something. People would love them
